Hitting for the Fences

The AP5 wood bat is the model that gives the hitter a combination of a smooth swinging model with a x-large barrel. This model was a culmination of parts of different models to form this powerful model. The AP5 wood bat model is available in sizes 32 inches to 34 1/2 inches in length. This wood bat is perfect for high school sophomores.

Big Barrel with Strong Frame

The AP5 model is a combination of the LS243 handle with a LS I13 transition and barrel. The barrel measures 2.52″ inches in diameter, and has a large flared knob.

Right handed hitters, who use this models in games all say that this is the one model that helps to be quicker on inside pitches. Other hitters like that they can use a slightly heavier model and their swings do not suffer.

The Perfect Hitter

Albert Pujols is undoubtedly the most intelligent professional hitter since the late great Tony Gwynn. A lethal combination of high batting average, on-base percentage and homeruns.

Pujols came into the league in 2001 using the Sam-Bat JB1 (LS I13). He used the Sam-Bat model for years using variations of the same model.
