Shipping FAQ’s

You can see the status of your order by logging into your account. When your order is ready for shipping, we include the tracking number as well as send you an email telling you that your order is on the way.

Custom Gloves and Bats

  • Custom glove orders ship within 4-6 weeks from the order date. Once complete, your glove is sent to us for inspection or if we determine that the glove is perfect we will ship directly from the factory to you.
  • Wood bat orders will ship on the 3rd week after your order is accepted in our system.
  • Retail orders are shipped within 2 days of confirmed payment.
  • The shipping prices are generated via a 3rd party application using the originating address of Jamaica, NY 11423.
  • We use a combination of USPS, Fedex and DHL for domestic and international shipping.

Our made-to-order products are eligible for expedited manufacturing and shipping at an additional cost of $60. This fee will get your item higher in the production queue and the standard shipping option.

Free shipping applies only to our standard shipping options. Expedited order request will incur a fee of an additional $60.

We can’t guarantee that a package will arrive at a specific time or date. Generally, if there are no issues and based on your location, orders can arrive within 1 week.

At this time, customers are responsible for all import duty & taxes entering their countries.
